Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern participation in Prosperra Network, Prosperra Circle and Prosperra VIP, operated by MB "Amanecer co" (Company Code 306625823, VAT LT100016420919), Minties g. 3, LT‑59149 Prienai, Lithuania.

Membership is personal. Requests to transfer membership may be considered upon written request and at Prosperra Sisters' discretion.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Network and Circle are six-month programmes and do not renew automatically.

A participant may withdraw. Where the full programme fee has been paid in advance, any refund may be calculated proportionally for the unused part of the programme, subject to applicable law.

Prosperra Sisters may reasonably reschedule sessions or programme dates where necessary and will notify members as early as reasonably possible.

If a participant misses a session, the programme continues as scheduled. Network recordings may be provided where stated. Circle and VIP sessions are generally not recorded.

All materials remain the intellectual property of Prosperra Sisters and may not be copied, shared or distributed without written permission.

Members are expected to act respectfully and maintain confidentiality. Prosperra Sisters may remove members for serious or repeated inappropriate behaviour.

Programme content is educational and mentoring in nature and is not legal, medical, tax or regulated investment advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
